Tutorials
- Configuration setup
- The first tutorial illustrates how to set up all the needed configuration files. Top view images are used in the tutorial, the workflow is equivalent for side view images.
- The second tutorial illustrates how to use HTPcalib to determine the colour ranges for each object class previously defined in the file config_color2class_top.csv for top view images and config_color2class_side.csv for side view images, respectively (see also first tutorial).
- The third tutorial illustrates how to determine the width of the plant carrier in pixel with ImageJ. It is used as a scaling parameter (see also manual).
- Image analysis
- This tutorial illustrates how to perform an image analysis in two different modes (single file mode and complete directory mode).

Note: The scaling parameters are necessary to convert the measured values for the phenotypic parameters from pixel to millimetres. If these scaling parameters are determined for side view images and top view images, insert them into the config_scaling_side.csv and config_scaling_top.csv configuration files, respectively (see also manual). HTPheno loads these prameters automatically.
